DELAWARE PERMIT TO PURCHASE (SB 2) Course
Delaware’s Handgun Qualified Purchaser Permit requires an approved course with live-fire on a range (minimum 100 rounds), plus instruction in safety, secure storage, Delaware and federal law including use of force, conflict avoidance, and suicide prevention. 302 Tac Ops Gives the most comprehensive course with all the interpersonal help needed to not only satisfy the States requirements but to also make the first-time buyer feel safe and comfortable. We also identify and outline how to grow and maintain the best ways to enhance your skill set through dynamic group and private training. This course is designed to satisfy the training component for the permit taking effect in November 2025.
Reminder: This course fulfills the training requirement. It does not include the permit. The permit itself is issued by the State Bureau of Identification after application and background check.
The Delaware CCDW License Course also satisfies the course requirements for Permit to Purchase and Also allows you to Carry the Firearm with you for Personal Protection.
